Who we are
This website is run by BOKO d.o.o., Hvar, Croatia, under the brand BOKO MEDIA. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the controller under the GDPR.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to work together.
- When you book a call: your name, email address, company or website, the time you pick and what you write in the message.
- When you ask for a listing review: the link to your listing and your email address.
- When you write to us: your email address and what you send us.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, recorded by our hosting provider for security.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the call. This is a step you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To run the project and send invoices, based on our contract and our legal duties (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- To keep the website safe and working, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to show you ads.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not use analytics at the moment.
It saves two small settings in your browser: light or dark mode, and your language. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can delete them in your browser settings at any time.
If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted providers to run the website and our work. They only process data on our instructions.
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
- Google, which provides the fonts on this website and Google Meet for calls.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and then delete them. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as Croatian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a common format.
Write to hello@bokomedia.ai and we answer within one month at the latest. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
Changes to this page
We update this page when the way we use data changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.
