About these terms

These terms apply to the website bokomedia.ai and to the services of BOKO MEDIA, a brand of BOKO d.o.o., Hvar, Croatia.

For every project we also agree a written proposal. If the proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal applies.

Using this website

Prices on this website are starting prices and not a binding offer. The package builder shows an estimate. The fixed price is in your proposal.

Texts, designs and images on this website belong to BOKO d.o.o. or are used with permission. Please ask before you reuse them. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

Proposals and scope

Every project starts with a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and the price. Work starts after you accept it in writing. An email is enough.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and done only after you agree to it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. VAT is added where it applies. Payment terms, such as an advance and the schedule for the rest, are set in each proposal. Monthly services are billed every month.

Advertising budgets and results

Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta and other platforms. Our fee covers the setup and management of the campaigns.

We work hard to improve results, but no one can promise a set number of bookings, sales or a position on Google.

Your part

You confirm that you have the rights to the texts, photos, logos and other materials you give us.

Timelines depend on getting materials, access and feedback on time. If they come later, the timeline moves with them.

Who owns the work

Once the project is paid in full, the final designs, content and code made for you belong to you. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and analytics are set up in your name.

Tools and code that we use across many projects stay ours, and you get the right to use them as part of your project.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

Support after launch

Support plans cover updates, backups, small changes and a monthly report. They are agreed separately, billed monthly and can be cancelled as set in the plan.

Ending a project

Either side can end a project in writing. Work done up to that point is billed, and you get the files made so far once they are paid.

Liability

We do our work with care. We are not responsible for outages or changes of third-party services, such as hosting, payment providers, Google, Meta, Airbnb or Booking.com.

Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Applicable law

Croatian law applies to these terms and to our projects. If we cannot solve a disagreement by talking, it goes to the competent court in Croatia.
