The goal.
Get more guests to book directly and stop answering the same questions by message. The website had to sell the rooms, and every guest needed one place for arrival, the house guide and registration.
What we built.
The parts that make the difference, in short.
Rooms, breakfast, location and reviews, with dates and booking right on the site.
Guests open their stay with their last name. No app and no password.
Reservations, dates and guest details come straight from the PMS.
Guests take a photo of their ID, the details are read automatically and the registration is prepared on time.
English, German, Croatian, French, Italian and Spanish.
Guests can ask for an early check-in, within rules set by the host.
How it runs today.
The website sells the stay with no booking fees, free cancellation and payment on arrival. The portal handles arrival details, the house guide and registration for every reservation.
