The goal.
Hosts answer the same guest questions every day, on WhatsApp, by email and in PDFs. The goal was one link per reservation that shows the right information at the right moment, with no app and no login, and that works for many properties at once.
What we built.
The parts that make the difference, in short.
One link per reservation, in the guest's language, that changes from arrival to check-out.
Reservations come in from Rentlio and other PMS tools through their APIs. Properties without a PMS use a simple manual mode.
Guests scan their ID in the portal and the registration is sent to eVisitor automatically.
Late check-out, transfers and tours, plus a booking page for local experiences.
Content, services and guest requests for many properties in one place.
Restaurants, beaches and tips from the host, not a generic list from Google.
How it runs today.
Porta is live and used by around ten hosts. Guests get their link in one automatic message, and hosts manage every property from the same dashboard.
